Terms & Conditions

1. Membership Eligibility:

  • Individuals aged 18 years or above are eligible for membership. Teen and Family memberships are available with the proper parental consent.
  • Membership is non-transferable and only valid for the named member.
  • Insurance subsidized programs are available to qualified members. Registration must be completed in person.

2. Membership Fees:

  • Recurring membership fees are to be paid on a monthly basis and will be billed on a 30-day billing cycle. A $29 enrollment fee is due at the time of registration for all recurring memberships except for during promotional periods where the enrollment fee may be waived.
  • Paid in full membership fees are due in full at the time of registration.
  • Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

3. Access and Facility Usage:

  • Members are entitled to use the facilities during operational hours and are required to check-in every time they attend.
  • Members are allowed to bring guests into the facility for a fee. All guests must complete all required paperwork before using the facilities.
  • Any misuse of equipment or facilities may result in membership suspension or termination.
  • Members agree that he/she shall not engage in any type of commercial or business activity while using the facilities. Members shall not act as trainers for other members or guests and any acts which constitute such business activities are strictly prohibited.

4. Code of Conduct:

  • Members are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner towards staff and fellow members.
  • Members agree to abide by the facilities dress code. Appropriate athletic apparel and clean shoes must be worn in the fitness center and while engaging in recreational activities. Appropriate swim attire must be worn in and only in the pool/locker rooms.
  • Members agree to not use loud or profane language nor shall members badger, assault or harass other club members, guests, contractors or employees.
  • Members are asked to refrain from talking on cell phones in recreational areas. Photography/videography anywhere in the club is only allowed with prior consent from management and is strictly prohibited in locker rooms.
  • Any behavior deemed inappropriate or disruptive may result in membership termination.

5. Health and Safety:

  • Members are responsible for ensuring they are in good health before engaging in any fitness activities.
  • Members are expected to use all club equipment safely and respectfully. Members must re-rack weights and return all equipment after use. 
  • The fitness club is not liable for any injuries sustained during the use of facilities or participation in classes.
  • 4everBods Fitness Club LLC strictly prohibits the use of drugs and/or steroids on club premises. Members recognize and acknowledge that there is a zero tolerance policy and first time offenses are subject to immediate membership termination.

6. Personal Belongings:

  • The club is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings stored on the premises.
  • Lockers are for day use only. Any belongings left behind will be placed in the lost and found for 30 days.

7. Membership Pause Policy

  • Members may request a hold for a maximum period of 3 months per year. Requests for hold must be submitted 10 days prior to the next billing cycle. Holds on recurring memberships will be granted for the following reasons: injury or illness and/or temporary relocation for work or school. Members who choose to use the facilities seasonally will be required to follow cancellation procedures.

8. Members Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations must be requested in writing by the account holder via email: info@4evebods.com
  • Cancellation of recurring memberships must be submitted 30 days prior to the next billing cycle. 
  • Refunds will only be considered for the following reasons: 

-The club has stopped offering the services stated in your contract.

-You move 25 or more miles away from any health club operated by the seller. 

-You have a significant physical disability, according to a doctor's order, that prevents you from receiving the services as stated in the contract for more than three months.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions:

  • The fitness club reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions. Members will be notified in advance of any changes.

10. Privacy Policy:

  • The club respects members' privacy and handles personal information in accordance with its privacy policy.

11. Termination of Membership:

  • The club reserves the right to terminate membership due to breach of terms, misconduct, or failure to comply with club policies.

12. Miscellaneous:

  • Any disputes arising from membership or facility usage shall be resolved through arbitration.
