Two teams. One goal: earn the most points and be crowned THE FIT SQUAD.



 Here’s How It Works:

•You’ll join one of our two trainer-led teams

•Complete weekly workouts, nutrition goals, and bonus challenges to rack up points

•Push your limits in the gym AND in the kitchen

•Compete for 6 weeks to see which squad will take home the title

Strength & Conditioning

Have workouts at your fingertips on our VIP training app. Challenge members will choose the program that best fits their schedules, current fitness level, and goals.

Macro Tracking

Meet your macro goals tracking on the 4BFC app. Challenge members will be assigned macro/calorie goals and have access to a HUGE recipe library of easy to prep meals. Connect with your coach directly through the app for advice & accountability.

Weekly Team Workouts

Once a week challenge members will meet for a group workout at 4everBods Fitness Club in Delanson. Members will vote on the day/time that best fits their schedules.

Earn Points for your Squad!

Weekly fit challenges will be assigned, and points will be awarded to teams with the highest compliance!
